Users must use the service lawfully and must not attempt to compromise the platform, bypass access controls or interfere with other users or infrastructure.
3. Uploaded content and rights
Users are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights to the images, files, plans, models and other source content they upload. Speak3D software, interfaces and underlying technologies remain the property of their respective rights holders.
The current platform terms state that generated 3D models belong to the user, subject to applicable rights in the user's source content and third-party components.
